There are three manufacturers that made the K98/ZF41 system .
Mauser Oberndorf ( byf )
Mauser Borsigwalde ( ar )
Berlin Lübecker Maschinenfabrik ( duv )
Year and maker : 1941 - ar41

At this moment I have found no proof that Mauser Oberndorf ( byf ) made K98/ZF41 in the year 1941-1942 .
IMO. they started the produktion in the year 1943 .
Someone seen a byf41 with flat base ?
Berlin Lübecker Maschinenfabrik ( duv ) ended production in 1942 .
By the end of 1943 , Mauser Borsigwalde ( ar ) had enden production of completed K98 rifles at the plant . Mauser Borsigwalde ( ar ) did continue to supply limited quantities of receivers marked "ar44" and WaA135.
